Tree of Hands

This current event concept allows participants the chance to express their creative side and how they feel being part of their organisation. It encourages employees to reflect on their role and purpose within their company and how key messages translate to them as individuals, their teams and their customers.

Once all participants have created their hands, they will be displayed on a bespoke model of a tree. The tree represents more than just what ‘grows’ (employees) but its foundation; the roots (values).

The display will provide participants the opportunity for them to show off their own hand but also to understand the thoughts and feelings of their colleagues.

Once all hands have been hung, the tree is brought to life, representing employees who work together to create a successful and diverse structure, and the culture behind the brand. A fantastic way to celebrate those we work with everyday and who create a successful team.
